Who handles your information?
James, trading as Rynlo Studio, handles enquiries and website analytics. For questions or privacy requests, email rynlostudios@gmail.com.
Enquiries
The contact form collects your name, email address, business name, selected service and message. Netlify Forms processes and stores submissions, and notifications may reach our business email inbox. We use these details to answer your enquiry and discuss the work you request, including steps before a possible contract. General correspondence is handled for our legitimate interest in responding to you. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Please do not send sensitive personal information.
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting project, and review it for deletion when no longer needed. Information needed for contracts, accounts or legal obligations may be retained for those purposes.
Optional Google Analytics
Only if you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-HBCSL63RB9). It helps us understand visits, pages viewed, engagement, broad device and location information, and where visitors came from. Google processes the analytics information on our behalf. We do not load the Google tag or send analytics requests before acceptance or when you reject analytics.
The integration disables Google signals and advertising personalisation, and keeps advertising consent denied. We do not deliberately send enquiry field contents to Analytics. Initial page URLs sent by this integration exclude query strings and fragments; referrers are limited to the referring origin. Google Analytics account settings also affect automatic event collection and retention.
Your choice
Accept or reject using the analytics notice. Both options leave the site and enquiry form usable. Use the Cookie settings button on any page to change your choice. Rejecting after acceptance stops future collection, removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site and reloads the page to unload the tag. Withdrawal does not delete data already collected; contact us about deletion requests.

Stored analytics data has separate retention settings in Google Analytics. Hosting services may also process technical access information needed to deliver and secure the website. Rejecting optional Analytics does not prevent those essential hosting operations.
Providers and international processing
Our service providers include Netlify, our email provider and, with consent, Google Analytics. They may process information outside the European Economic Area under their applicable data-processing terms and transfer safeguards. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. Contact us using the email above. You can also complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.
